At Heathrow Airport, we shifted engineers’ focus to efficiency and cost savings. With E.ON, we enhanced customer service in a competitive market, and at Ernst & Young, we aligned the mindset and behaviours of 1,000 consultants following structural changes and a move to new offices.

The UK division of a global company aimed to unify operations under a “One UK” vision and achieve £60 million in revenue short-term, with a long-term target of £100 million. Despite initial enthusiasm, challenges arose from unclear strategy and limited collaboration.

Over three years, we worked with the executive team to refine their strategy, align leadership, and implement a development program for senior managers. This collaboration fostered a more cohesive culture, enabling the division to reach its £60 million goal and positioning it for future growth toward £100 million.
